Return Policy

Please check your ordered item upon arrival, and if for some favorable reason a product does not meet your expectations, we are giving up to 30 days return and exchange or refund. To avail of this service, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. It must also be in the same condition as you received it.

However, we reserved the right to accept or reject the request depending on the claimed reason(s) for return or refund. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping fee may be free for some items or if reached a certain amount required for free shipping.

We pack products well to ensure security and prevent it from damaging. In case you opt to return, please consider preserving the original box and all other items or inserts included in the box.
